The PandaZzz Classic is an all-foam mattress with a 10-inch profile and a total of three layers. The mattress is wrapped in a jacquard knit cover designed to enhance its breathability. The cover is removable and machine-washable.
Plush memory foam in the top layer of the mattress conforms closely to relieve pressure points. Beneath this is a thick tier of open-cell memory foam that contains tiny air pockets for better ventilation. This foam is soft and light, designed to provide deep pressure relief.
A sturdy polyfoam support core helps stabilize the mattress and encourage proper spinal alignment. The mattress has an anti-slip bottom cover with a silicone grid, designed to prevent the mattress from shifting. The materials used to make the mattress are certified free of harmful chemicals by CertiPUR-US and OEKO-TEX.
The PandaZzz Classic Mattress has a medium firmness, equivalent to a 5 out of 10. Slightly softer than some other foam models, the mattress is an attractive choice for individuals under 230 pounds, particularly side sleepers. However, it may not provide sufficient support for stomach sleepers or those who weigh more than 230 pounds.
PandaZzz Classic Mattress
The PandaZzz Classic Mattress has a jacquard knit cover and three foam layers including memory foam, open-cell memory foam, and polyfoam.
The PandaZzz Classic Mattress sits at a mid-range price-point for a memory foam mattress.
Seasonal sales and discounts may further reduce the cost of the mattress. PandaZzz offers a 12-year warranty, which is longer than many competing foam mattresses.
The mattress is available in all standard mattress sizes, with the exception of twin XL.
At 10 inches tall, the PandaZzz Classic Mattress has an average profile and doesn’t require deep pocket sheets. That being said, the mattress sizes vary slightly from the normal dimensions, so shoppers may wish to check their bed frame dimensions before ordering. The mattress weighs less than many other all-foam models, which may make it easier to move.

Side Sleepers: The PandaZzz Classic Mattress is an excellent match for most side sleepers.
Side sleepers under 230 pounds exert just enough pressure on the mattress to sink in without shifting the spine out of alignment. The mattress contours to fill in the spaces, while cushioning the sharp pressure points that can develop at the hips and shoulders.
The mattress also performs well for side sleepers who weigh more than 230 pounds, though these individuals may prefer the added support of a slightly firmer mattress.
Back Sleepers: Back sleepers typically need a medium firm mattress to provide spinal support, as well as contouring pressure relief for areas like the lumbar spine. The medium firmness of the PandaZzz Classic is suitable for back sleepers under 230 pounds, and particularly those under 130 pounds. Since sleepers in this weight range don’t put much pressure on the mattress, they should find it subjectively firmer and capable of providing adequate cushioning and support.
The PandaZzz Classic may not provide the needed lumbar support for back sleepers above 230 pounds. These individuals may experience excessive sinkage, potentially leading to lower back pain.
Stomach Sleepers: The PandaZzz Classic Mattress provides adequate support for stomach sleepers under 130 pounds. These sleepers exert less pressure on the mattress, and should find that the mattress supports proper spinal alignment.
However, those who weigh more than 130 pounds may not get the support they need from the Panda Classic Mattress. Its medium feel and soft comfort layers cause the midsection to sink into the mattress. Over time, this can lead to pressure buildup in the neck and lower back.

Negligent or improper use of the mattress voids its warranty. Bending, cutting, ironing, or damaging the mattress with chemical products can result in a nullified warranty.
