Shipping
Orders within the contiguous United States ship for free. Customers located in Alaska and Hawaii can contact Joybed for shipping quotes. Most Joybed mattresses ship within 1 to 2 business days and arrive in 3 to 5 business days. However, delays may occur. Joybed ships via UPS or a similar carrier. The Joybed LX Mattress arrives compressed in a box. Customers are responsible for moving the mattress in, unpacking it, and setting it up.
Sleep Trial
Joybed offers a 120-night trial period. The company requires that customers try the mattress for at least 30 nights before initiating a return. During the eligible return window, you can exchange your mattress for a different model or return it for a refund of the purchase price. A $139 processing fee applies for returns. Joybed will help arrange for the donation of the mattress to a local charity. Only one return is permitted per household, and the mattress must be in suitable condition to donate.
Warranty
The Joybed LX comes with a 10-year limited warranty for the original owner when purchased from an authorized retailer. To be eligible, the customer should leave the law label attached, use the mattress on a proper foundation, follow applicable care instructions, and be prepared to furnish a receipt or proof of purchase for the mattress.The warranty covers indentations over 1.5 inches deep and defects in materials and workmanship.
