Shipping
The CottonX Copper Infused Customizable Latex Mattress ships to all 50 U.S. states. A shipping fee will be charged on most mattress orders. Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii will be subject to higher shipping charges. If the mattress is in stock at one of The Futon Shop’s showrooms, shoppers can arrange a free in-store pickup.
Mattresses usually take a few days to arrive. Rush orders and expedited shipping are available for most parts of the country. Shoppers who are interested in these shipping options can contact customer service for a quote.
Mattresses ship rolled, wrapped in plastic, and encased in a box. They are typically delivered to the customer’s door. The new owner is responsible for setup.

Sleep Trial
The Futon Shop provides a 30-night comfort guarantee that begins the day after delivery or pickup.
If the customer is not happy with their purchase, a one-time exchange is available. The mattress must cost a minimum of $459 to qualify for the exchange. Custom mattresses are final sale and cannot be exchanged.
Customers are responsible for shipping and handling charges for returns and replacements. These charges and the original shipping fees are not refundable.
Warranty
A 7-year limited warranty is provided for the CottonX Copper Infused Latex Mattress. This warranty covers manufacturing and material defects. Warranty claims must be documented with a digital photo of the defect and submitted to The Futon Shop’s customer service along with a name and phone number.
If a defect is found, The Futon Shop will repair or replace the mattress. The customer is responsible for shipping charges. If a mattress cannot be repaired or replaced, The Futon Shop will either send back a similar product or refund the customer a prorated portion of the mattress’ price that is dependent on how long the customer owned the mattress.
This policy is valid for the original purchaser and does not cover damage due to abuse, misuse, or normal wear and tear.
