Its combination of responsiveness and contouring provided a supportive and comfortable surface for sleepers across weight categories on the firm side as well as sleepers under 230 pounds on the medium side. The hybrid mattress has seven total layers and measures 13 inches tall.
Both sides of the Luxury 2-Sided Hybrid have a customizable cover and a layer of certified organic wool that acts as a natural fire barrier and helps draw heat away from the sleeper. Because the mattress is flippable, it has a comfort system on both sides separated by a shared support core. Both comfort systems feature natural Dunlop latex and polyfoam.
The layer of Dunlop latex is resilient and ventilated with small perforations that are designed to increase airflow. Next, a layer of open-cell polyfoam acts as a transitional layer between the latex comfort system and the coil support core. The open-cell polyfoam is engineered to further reduce heat retention by allowing air to move through the foam.
The mattress’ support core features 8 inches of pocketed coils that are individually wrapped and reinforced around the perimeter. The coils are made from highly durable, tempered steel that’s engineered to be flexible and responsive without sacrificing support.
Amore offers three different cover options. The standard cover consists of soft and breathable organic cotton.
