I always underestimated the power of sleep products. Upgrading my mattress, pillow, and sheets has been a game changer for my sleep quality and desire to just go lie down.

Mary’s Expert Sleep Tips

What’s your biggest sleep pain point?

Waking up in the middle of the night and thinking about all the things that could possibly keep me awake ad nauseum.

What’s your favorite sleep product right now?

I love to sleep on bamboo-derived sheets. They’re so silky and cool.

What is your nightly sleep regimen?

Brush and floss, shower, sleep balm on my temples (lavender, chamomile), sometimes I’ll have a cup of tea, then doomscroll until I pass out (I know, I know … tsk tsk).

What’s your top sleep tip?

If you have the chance and wherewithal to sleep train your kids, do it. My kids still have sleep-dependency issues.
