2009 Health and Safety
NATIONAL SLEEP FOUNDATION — The 2009 Sleep in America™ poll finds that almost one-third of Americans are losing sleep due to concerns about their personal finances and the U.S. economy. Furthermore, about one-third of Americans experience mood difficulties that impact their sleep and health. Although most Americans recognize the importance of sleep, many are not taking the correct actions to achieve healthy sleep.
