2011 Poll, Technology and Sleep
The 2011 Sleep in America™ poll finds pervasive use of communications technology in the hour before bed, and that this seemed to be related to not getting good sleep. A significant number of Americans are not getting the sleep they say they need and are coping with naps and caffeine.
