Keeping a Sleep Diary

Your doctor may ask you to take notes on your sleep habits. The National Sleep Foundation has a downloadable Sleep Diary to help you track your nighttime sleep patterns, naps, feelings of sleepiness, and more. Using this Sleep Diary takes just a few minutes each day; you’ll note your nighttime information each morning and daytime information at the end of each day. The Sleep Diary is very useful to share with your doctor to describe your sleep habits.
