Twitter, Facebook and Pinterest are a lot of fun. These social media Web sites make it easy for us keep up with the latest trends and catch up with friends and family.
Although maintaining good relationships is good for our health and well-being, the jury is still out on whether or not our use of social media to keep up with others is biting into our sleep time.
