2014 Sleep in the Modern Family
The 2014 Sleep in America™ poll finds that parents greatly value sleep both for their own health and well being but also for that that of their children. Parents can make a difference in their children's sleep habits by setting boundaries around electronics use, enforcing rules and setting a good example.
