NATIONAL SLEEP FOUNDATION — The 2007 Sleep in America™ poll finds that stressed out American women have no time for sleep, and that stay-at-home mothers are the most likely to sleep poorly. Women’s lack of sleep affects almost every aspect of their lives, making them late for work, stressed out, too tired for sex and left with little time for friends.
