What’s your biggest sleeping pain point?

I struggle to maintain a consistent sleeping schedule. I go to bed at a decent time on weeknights but once the weekend hits, it’s hard for me to keep that up. Then it’s almost like having to start over the following week.

What’s your favorite sleep product right now?

My apartment has a small bedroom with not much airflow, plus my partner sleeps hot, so we replaced our duvet with a quilt and it has been a saving grace, especially in the summer.

What is your nightly sleep regimen?

Once I’ve gotten comfy and taken my contacts out, I usually just scroll on my phone until I get drowsy. Don’t follow my lead.

What’s your top sleep tip?

To simply put in whatever effort you can to improve your sleep. It’s kind of crazy how much we overlook sleep, but it really is tied to so many aspects of our physical and mental health. Something is better than nothing!
