National Sleep Foundation Adds New Features to the Narcolepsy Resource Center

The National Sleep Foundation added new features to its Narcolepsy Resource Center (sleepfoundation.org/narcolepsy) to provide the latest information about narcolepsy. The enhanced site now includes:

  • Video content with sleep experts explaining narcolepsy, treatment options and more;
  • Interactive quizzes to test users' knowledge of narcolepsy and teach important information about the sleep disorder; and,
  • Downloadable infographics with useful narcolepsy information.

The Narcolepsy Resource Center provides reliable, evidence-based resources about narcolepsy. Narcolepsy affects approximately 1 in 2,000 people. Often a person with narcolepsy does not receive an accurate diagnosis for a decade or more, which makes it incredibly important to disseminate accurate information about this sleep disorder.
