Trial, Warranty, and Shipping Policies
Availability
The Juno Mattress exclusively ships within Canada. Shoppers can buy the mattress through the GoodMorning.com website, as well as a dedicated Juno Bed website.
Shipping
GoodMorning.com offers free ground shipping to all Canadian provinces and territories, but an additional shipping fee may apply for some remote locations. Most packages ship within one to four business days, but delivery could take up to seven business days for some mattress sizes.
Depending on where they live, some customers do not need to be at home when their package arrives while others will need to sign for it.
Each mattress is compressed, rolled, wrapped in plastic, and packaged in a box. The delivery driver will leave the mattress at your door or wherever you generally receive large packages. From there, the customer is responsible for bringing the mattress into their home, transporting it to their room of choice, unpackaging it, and setting it up.

Sleep Trial
Customers can try the Juno Mattress at home during its 120-night trial period. After they have tried the mattress for at least 30 nights, they can return it for a full refund if they aren’t satisfied. GoodMorning.com will arrange mattress pickup, and the discarded bed will be either donated or recycled.
If the mattress is still in its unopened package, it can also be returned for the first 14 days without a required break-in period.
Warranty
The Juno Mattress comes with a 15-year partially prorated limited warranty. Covered defects include manufacturing defects in the zipper and/or cover materials and physical flaws that lead to cracking or splitting of the foam despite proper handling. With in-home use, visible indentations over 1.5 inches are covered for the first five years and visible indentations over 2 inches are covered for the remainder of the warranty period.
During the first five years of in-home use, GoodMorning.com will repair or replace mattresses it determines have qualifying defects at no charge to the customer. For the remainder of the warranty period, repairs and replacements will cost 75% of the original purchase price of the mattress.
This policy applies to the original purchaser as evidenced by the sales receipt. To qualify, the law tag must be attached and the customer must have fully unpacked their mattress within two weeks of its delivery. Mattresses must be used on a proper foundation, and the owner must follow care instructions. Damage that results from abuse, misuse, or unsanitary conditions is not covered.
