The APAP mode works well I think and the ramp time is 1 hr which is longer than the other CPAP I have.

Great CPAP Mode
I've used CPAP's for over 20 years & am therefore accustomed to continuous air flow. The APAP mode wasn't for me but when I switched it to CPAP I found it to be superior to the Resmed that I had been using. The iBreeze actually relaxes the pressure upon exhaling which my Resmed did not do. In my opinion the iBreeze is a superior unit for a much better price than a comparable Resmed.

Overall good machine
Been using for about 3 weeks now. I like it. Took me several nights to get the humidity dialed in. The auto feature on the humidifier does not work for me, caused rain out. I’m fine now with it on #1. I sleep well with this device and do not get dry mouth from it. My biggest complaint is that it does not have a clock display that is readable. Display should default to this after in use for several minutes and when idle.

Excellent machine
I have owned two previous Cpap machines, and this is by far my favorite. Very user friendly - the display lights turning off after 30 seconds is a great feature - my previous machine I had to put electrical tape over part of the display because it was too bright. The humidifier is very easy to fill. And it's very quiet - I believe I sleep better with this unit than my previous machines. I do appreciate the report it gives me every morning after turning it off. Seems like a quality machine.

I bought this unit and after resisting getting one for 4 years. The help desk is wonderful in getting back to you with answers. I set up my machine and now I have been sleeping all night straight instead of getting up 3 to 4 times a night. I wake up refreshed and don't snore or dribble or stop breathing several times a night. The machine is easy to use and not noisy either. Only thing I wish it was wifi. Will buy again if need be. Happy restful sleeping.

OK BUT....
Am happy with this CPAP BUT it is NOT setup for cleaning with a SOCLEAN. Had to buy an adapter from Amazon and it wasn't easy to convert to handle the SOCLEAN. So everything being done now to clean machine and mask with new adapter I am waiting to see how well this all performs. Have high hope it will.

APAP mode is the major therapy mode of iBreeze APAP machine. When APAP mode is used, the device can automatically adjust air pressure value to fit the use’s changing breathing patterns, ensuring an unobstructed airway while maintaining maximum comfort.
P Max: 4-20cmH2O (≥P Min)
The maximum pressure value the machine can deliver during therapy.
P Min: 4-20cmH2O (≤P Max)
The minimum pressure value the machine can deliver during therapy.
R-Care: OFF/ON (recommended to select OFF)
OFF: Pressure value to start the therapy will be the value of P Min.
ON: Pressure value to start the therapy will be the average pressure value of the lower pressure values that take 95% of the time when the unit was used for the last 7 days.
When APAP mode is used, P Max and P Min should be chosen so the therapy pressure levels are limited and will auto change between the highest pressure level (P Max) and the lowest pressure level (P Min).
If the parameter of P Ramp is set, the value to start the therapy will be the value of P Ramp.
When CPAP mode is used, the device can deliver a fixed pressure value to the airway. This is a more traditional way of treating sleep apnea.
In Comfort settings, 19mm hose should be selected if the customer uses the tubing that comes with the unit.
