Firstly, I appreciate the total protection provided on all sides by the encasement. It gives a sense of security and cleanliness to my mattress. However, I would like to bring to your attention a concern regarding the zipper quality. While attempting to close the zipper, I encountered some challenges as it tended to separate. I had to exert extra effort to manipulate it back and forth to ensure it slid smoothly on the chain. Although this worked out okay for now, I am uncertain about its durability in case I need to remove the encasement in the future.

Additionally, I noticed that the fabric has a slightly "rough" texture. When sheets are placed over the encasement, there is a subtle swishing sound as I move from side to side in bed. While this is not overly pronounced, it took me about a day to adjust and stop noticing it.

Despite these minor issues, I find the overall product to be of good quality. The total protection it offers is commendable, and the fabric-related concern is something I adapted to over time. I believe addressing the zipper quality could enhance the overall user experience and durability of the encasement.
