Feel good about your kid’s bed frame. A lot of furniture is mass-made with flimsy materials. Each piece looks the same. That's not how we do things at Avocado. We individually handcraft all our furniture in our own woodshop. It costs a little more to do things this way. But our customers love having unique, durable, thoughtfully crafted furniture that will last years. We build our Kids' Trundle Bed with beechwood and finish it with a zero-VOC varnish. Versatile and space-efficient, our twin trundle can be used for under-bed storage, a sleepover pullout, or as an extra bed in the house that doesn’t require additional space. It fits with our twin-size Eco Organic Kids Mattress or twin mattresses that don’t exceed 7 inches tall.

GREENGUARD Gold Certified

Our Kids Trundle Bed is GREENGUARD Gold Certified and Formaldehyde Free Claim Validated by UL Environment. Formaldehyde is a colorless, flammable, odorous chemical used in building materials and to produce many household products, including furniture. The EPA considers it a probable human carcinogen, and it has been linked to asthma, allergies, and lung, nose, and throat cancers. Parents can rest assured knowing our Kids Bed meets these gold standards for emissions.

SOLID WOOD CONSTRUCTION

We craft our Kids Trundle Bed from solid beechwood, a responsible hardwood. Even the slats are made from solid pine.

Select either a natural beechwood or warm white finish for your Kids' Bed Frame. Sleep better knowing your frame is assembled with Titebond® wood glues and ECOS® wood stain or zero-VOC Polar Bear Behr® white paint.

TWIN TRUNDLE

Our Kids' Bed Frame comes with the twin trundle addition. The twin trundle bed is ideal whenever you need an extra bed in the house — without taking up any additional space. The trundle also includes two hardwood plywood pieces to convert the bed frame into one large storage space for under-the-bed toys or supplemental bedding.

The most affordable certified organic kids mattress made in America. We craft our hybrid Eco Organic Kids Mattress in Los Angeles with 660 6-inch pocketed coils and GOLS-certified organic (CU863637) latex from our own sustainable farms in India and Guatemala for soft, contouring support. GOTS-certified organic cotton and wool (CU863637) deliver breathable, luxurious comfort.

MADE IN CALIFORNIA

This is not an imported bed frame. We're proud to craft our furniture, including our Kids Trundle Bed, right here in California, in our own FSC®-certified woodshop. We make all of our furniture domestically with exceptional attention to quality, durability, and detail.
