The National Sleep Foundation is a leader in sleep. We expect to bring together an outstanding and diverse group of clinicians, researchers, and thought leaders at the forefront of sleep. The NSF will make every attempt to include younger scientists and students. I have attached our program as it stands so far (or list of session topics). I hope that you will share my enthusiasm for this meeting and favorably consider this invitation.
As an invited speaker (discussion leader), your conference fee will be (fully or insert amount if partial) supported and some portion of your travel costs (insert amount you are willing to commit to) will be reimbursed. Depending on the success of our fundraising efforts, more travel support may be available, if needed, at the conference.
Please let me know by (insert date) if you are able to accept this invitation.
