NSF's Great American Sleep Challenge™ Drawing Rules

Eligibility
NSF's Great American Sleep Challenge™ Drawing is open to U.S. residents 18 years of age and older who sign up online to participate in the Challenge by providing their contact information including full address as specified on the "Win a Prize" form. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW. Only participants who sign up between March 3, 2008 and March 31, 2008 are eligible. Directors, officers, volunteers, employees and their relatives (by blood or marriage) of the National Sleep Foundation, Tempur-Pedic and Wamsutta and their advertising and promotion agencies, are not eligible. Entry constitutes acceptance of all rules.

Prizes and odds One queen size Rhapsody bed by Tempur-Pedic, approximate retail value $2,799. And, 25 sets of Wamsutta 500 Sateen Sheets (one set is 1 fitted, 1 flat and 2 pillow cases), retail value is $169.97 plus 25 sets of Standard/Queen Wamsutta Magic Gel Pillows, retail value is $33.98; Wamsutta may substitute sheets and pillows listed for Wamsutta sheets and pillows of an equal value if product is not available. And two 3 night stays at The Benjamin in New York City (double occupancy), retail value $1,800.  The Benjamin features the industry’s first and only Sleep Concierge, a 12-choice pillow menu and custom Benjamin Bed. Please note, blackout restrictions will be applied to The Benjamin prize for Nov 1 - Dec 15. Other restrictions may apply. These prizes have been donated by their manufacturers Tempur-Pedic, Inc., Springs Industries and The Benjamin to help promote participation in NSF's Great American Sleep Challenge™. Prizes will be awarded to winners selected in a random drawing from all individuals who sign up for the Great American Sleep Challenge™ between March 3, 2008 and March 31, 2008. They do not constitute NSF's endorsement of these products. Prizes are non-transferable, not assignable and not redeemable for cash. Odds of winning depend on number of signups received.

Notification Prize winner will be notified by email at the address provided at the time of sign-up for the Challenge. NSF is not responsible for any late or misdirected award notices or responses. If no response from the winner is received within one week, the corresponding prize will be awarded to an alternate winner. Winners who choose to accept their prize must provide a shipping address within the United States.

Additional rules For the name of the winners, available after April 17, 2008, send a stamped, self-addressed #10 envelope to National Sleep Foundation, 1522 K Street, NW, Washington, DC 20005. By participating in this drawing, participants agree to be bound by these rules and release and hold the National Sleep Foundation, Tempur-Pedic and Wamsutta, their owners, members, distributors, affiliates, and their directors, officers, employees and agents of these parties harmless from any and all liability or injuries, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with this sweepstakes or the prize won.
