Barbara A. Phillips, MD, MSPH

Barbara A. Phillips, MD, MSPH is Professor of Pulmonary Critical Care and Sleep Medicine in the Department of Internal Medicine at the University of Kentucky College of Medicine in Lexington. She is Medical Director of the Sleep Disorders Center at Samaritan Hospital in Lexington. She received a Sleep Academic Award from the National Institutes of Health, and has served on the Advisory Board to the National Center on Sleep Disorders Research.

Dr. Phillips received her medical degree from the University of Kentucky College of Medicine and her Master of Science in Public Health from the University of Kentucky. She completed Internal Medicine residency and Pulmonary fellowship training at the Medical College of Virginia in Richmond.
