National Sleep Foundation Preliminary Program Template
A preliminary program is a list of session topics, discussion leader names and speaker names. You are also encouraged to include a conference subtitle in order to better capture the cutting-edge focus of this particular meeting. The information you provide for the preliminary program will be used in National Sleep Foundation marketing materials. Please list your session topics and their respective speaker and discussion leader names in the area below. An example of a properly filled-out template is available on page 2 of this document, along with additional notes.

FORMATTING NOTES
Please try to follow the example formatting as closely as possible. Most notably, leave the “Session Topic:”, “Leader Name(s):” and “Speaker Names:” text as-is and simply fill in your information for each session. Please also keep the spacing of the speaker names consistent (one space before and after the “/” characters. Session titles should be in title case (capitalize all words except articles, prepositions and conjunctions).
IMPORTANT NOTES
It is not necessary to list “TBA” or “speakers to be selected from abstracts”, etc. in the template. If you do not yet have a discussion leader or speaker confirmed, simply leave the information for that session blank. You may send updates to the National Sleep Foundation at any time.
Please use session topic names that accurately describe the science in the session. Titles such as “opening session”, “special lecture”, “keynote speaker”, etc. by themselves do not indicate anything useful about the content of a session and as such do not make sense in the context of an advertisement. If you wish to include such titles in the ad, please qualify them with a subtitle that has appropriate meaning. For example, instead of simply listing “Keynote Presentation” as a session title, add the actual keynote topic as a subtitle (as shown in the example submission above).
