What Your Sleep Position Says About You
February 26, 2009
The U.K. Sleep Assessment and Advisory Service has found that six common sleeping positions say a lot about what type of person you are, according to an article by MyFoxPhilly.com. The positions and what they mean include:
- Fetal: The most common position, the fetal position could indicate a person is tough on the outside yet sensitive.
- Log: The log position is when you sleep on your side with your arms at your side. This position could indicate a person is easy going and sociable.
- Soldier: The soldier position is when you sleep on your back with your arms at your side. This position could indicate a person is quiet and sets high personal standards.
Do you think your sleeping position has anything to do with your personality? It's entirely possible that What Happens When You Sleep and your Sleep Environment have an effect on your sleeping position, as well. Read the MyFoxPhilly.com article.
